DRC-LUALABA: ON OFFICIAL MISSION TO KOLWEZI, MINISTER OF STATE CONSTANT MUTAMBA SPEAKS ON SCANDAL SPOLIATION OF RVA SITE
On official mission in GREAT KATANGA space, the Minister of State, Minister of Justice and Seal Guard was received in audience by the Governor of LUALABA this Friday 11th October, 2024 Accompanied by civilian and military officials in his sector Constant MUTAMBA TUNGUNGA went to present his civility and brief Governor Fifi MASUKA SAINI the reason for his presence in Cobalt Province namely: general inspection of judicial sector in anticipation of States Generals of Justice in DRC scheduled for the beginning of next November.
His mission involves the arrangements to be taken to end what he calls barbaric executions of decisions victimized by the lualabais, the arbitrary seizure of bank accounts of some compatriots and mining companies, the occupations of mining concessions by some men in uniform.
In support of President TSHISEKEDI’s policy, the Provincial Chief Executive has informed the Minister of State MUTAMBA of the plans of building a major prison at KOLWEZI and prisons within the province in the near future in order to de-clog the structures current ones.
The Minister of State,Minister of Justice and the Guard of Seals has also come to tackle the unlawful occupation of the Airways Authority concession, mainly the part to be used for the construction of the new KOLWEZI International Airport for which work has progressed well.
According to this member of the National Executive, « RVA and the Province of LUALABA are victims of outrageous spoliation » and they must be restored in their rights to make way for the completion of the work on the new International Airport to be inaugurated soon by the Head of State.
Before leaving the lualaba Government hotel, the number one justice in the government, Judith SUMINWA, visited the conference room and terrace of the building to get a panoramic view of the town of KOLWEZI while also taking an admiring look at the two buildings of the new Governorship, in the making.
